We do not seek to gather any more information from you than is required for us to deliver the service or product you have requested. This will consist primarily of your names and contact details, with some indication of your employment through the fee level you select if you are attending a course.
How will we use the information about you?
a) We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. b) We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat
visits to our website. c) We will not share your data with anyone else without your permission or request.
Information Sharing and Marketing
We would like to send you information about our work, our products and services. If you have consented to receive updates from us, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please click email or write to us at the address below.
We retain personal data according to the following guidance: a) Employees: as set out in our Human Resources Policy b) External contracts: for three years after the end of the contract c) Third Parties we engage with (e.g. trainees, Associates, clients): for three years after
any engagement (unless otherwise requested) d) Where financial transactions are involved, HMRC requires we hold data for six years
after the end of the Financial Year in which the transaction takes place.
