As part of the implementation of our business plan, ICA:UK will be recruiting a Sales and Marketing Manager to take on developing our facilitation training business. We expect that this will be the beginning of a big increase in the number of courses we run and in our ability to make an impact on building a Culture of Participation in the UK and around the world.

Congratulations to our partners ICA Togo on achieving an award under the Educating Africa Pan-African Awards for Entrepreneurship in Education for their project with 8 community schools, which is jointly managed with ICA:UK. 

The awards were initiated by Teach A Man To Fish and sponsored by Educating Africa. It continues to reward organizations in Africa that use innovative and entrepreneurial techniques to fill gaps in educational services across the continent. The competition is open to all organizations based in Africa working in education, from primary through to tertiary, as well as in non-formal and adult education.

ICA:UK is pleased to be cooperating with Initiatives of Change to deliver the next Learning to Live in a Multicultural World Conference, to be held at Caux, Switzerland from 1-6 August 2013.
