COVID 19 Update
Due to the ongoing pandemic we have taken the decision to move all our public courses online until July 2021. Our in-house training is currently also being delivered virtually. However, depending on the latest government guidelines, it may be possible to provide individual organisations with face to face in-house training. Please send us an enquiry for more details. For more information on our response to the current pandemic >> READ OUR PLAN HERE
If the course you would like to book onto is already full please add your name onto our waiting list here.

Are you making the best use of virtual opportunities to engage with people, to explore issues creatively, and to reach decisions?
Sessions will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 14:50 – 16:30 BST (UTC+1). To check this time is suitable for you in your timezone, please go to https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/
This brief (1.5 hour) session will consider how we can take the ‘live’ facilitation skills we’ve learned, into a virtual environment, maintaining our values while we do so. We will consider some of the challenges in working virtually, and review some tips and tools to make the virtual experience engaging, participatory and productive.
This course will delivered remotely online via a Zoom link. No additional software apart from an internet connection is needed. A basic familiarity with Zoom is assumed.
We are not providing a dial in option for this particular event: you will need to join via a Zoom app or an internet browser. Note that you will get the maximum benefit from this interactive, participatory session if you join on a laptop or desktop rather than a tablet or phone.
To test your internet connection and compatibility with Zoom, use this test link: https://zoom.us/test
Please note – The language of this session will be in English. Contact us if you have any needs for other languages. We can create a bespoke 1.5 hour session in Spanish or French with enough demand.
