COVID 19 Update
Due to the ongoing pandemic we have taken the decision to move all our public courses online until July 2021. Our in-house training is currently also being delivered virtually. However, depending on the latest government guidelines, it may be possible to provide individual organisations with face to face in-house training. Please send us an enquiry for more details. Helping teams plan short term projects and events
The Action Planning method uses the basic Focused Conversation and Consensus Workshop methods to engage all members of a group effectively, and so it builds commitment and ownership at all stages. The method is suitable for planning short to medium-term projects, or completing projects that have stalled.
This course offers:
- A structured, participatory process to enable the successful implementation of a group project or event.
- Interactive course design so that you develop skills, share experiences and gain an in-depth understanding of the principles behind the methods
- More than 50 years of ICA experience in community development, consensus-building, and participation
- Recognition by the ILM. Participants are eligible for an ILM Development Award.
More information about this course and the ToP methods is available on the Dynamic Action Planning overview page.
